Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-04

Article 1 (Definition of Service)

D-WALLET is a self-custody mobile wallet service that connects multi-chain asset management, DDRA rights, and the Project Hub. The service is operated by the D-WALLET team, and these Terms apply to use of the D-WALLET app and this website.

Article 2 (Account & Responsibility)

Members must register with accurate information and are responsible for safely managing their withdrawal PIN and login credentials. Service may be restricted in cases of impersonation or false information.

Article 3 (Wallet Address & Asset Management)

D-WALLET, by principle, does not store seed phrases or private keys on its servers. Users are responsible for safekeeping their own credentials, and the operator is not liable for asset loss due to user-side loss.

Article 4 (Deposit / Withdraw / Swap)

Deposits are credited after network confirmation; withdrawals require PIN verification and policy approval. Swaps follow the routing provider’s quotes and slippage. Funds sent to a wrong network or address may be unrecoverable.

Article 5 (DDRA Rights & Lock-up)

DDRA holdings and lock-ups connect to service eligibility, fee policy, project exposure, and participation positions. DDRA rights do not imply profit or price-appreciation guarantees. Releasing a lock-up also releases the related rights.

Article 6 (Project Hub Registration)

Project Hub registration is subject to DDRA holdings, lock-up, fee payment, and team review. The team may reject or suspend exposure of projects involving legal violations, fraud, misrepresentation, or solicitation concerns.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

Money laundering, fraud, impersonation, bypassing systems, automated attacks, false reward claims, market manipulation, and solicitation-style activity are prohibited and may lead to account suspension or legal action.

Article 8 (Service Restrictions)

The team may restrict or suspend the service in part or in whole due to maintenance, security incidents, regulatory changes, or policy violations.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

D-WALLET does not guarantee crypto price appreciation, returns, or investment performance. Users must verify their local laws and risks before using the service.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may change for operational reasons; updates will be announced on this page and inside the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Article 11 (Contact)

Inquiries are received via the customer support email.
