Account Deletion

You can delete your D-WALLET account. This page is provided in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store account deletion policies.

What happens on deletion

  • D-WALLET login will be blocked.
  • Profile, notification settings, and referral data are destroyed.
  • Since this is a self-custody wallet, if you have a seed phrase, please move your assets to another wallet first, then request deletion.
  • DDRA lock-ups and rights are released.

Legally Retained Data

Per applicable law, some data (e.g., transaction records) is retained separately for the required period and then destroyed.

How to Request

Step 1 · In-app Request

In the D-WALLET app, go to Settings → Account Deletion and submit after identity verification.

Step 2 · Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email customer support from your registered email with subject “Account Deletion Request,” including your registered email and the confirmation text “DELETE.”

This site uses email-based intake rather than direct form submission. Tapping the button below opens your mail app with a pre-filled draft.

Processing Time

Once identity is verified, deletion is processed within 7 business days. The result is replied to your registered email.
